How to use Nantucket Gold™ Compost
-
Apply 2–3 inches as a top dressing in spring or fall. Work lightly into the top layer or let worms do the mixing over time.
-
Spread a thin ½ inch layer over existing turf after aerating. Water in well. Best applied in early spring or late fall.
-
Blend up to 30% into existing soil when backfilling. Do not use as a standalone growing medium.
What Makes It Different
Nantucket Gold™ Compost is a Soil Builder. Not a Fertilizer.
Nantucket Gold™ is rich in organic matter and microbial life — the foundation of healthy, resilient soil. It improves structure, water retention, and long-term fertility without the nutrient spikes that can harm native plants or run off into our waterways. This is how island soil should be fed.
